Meet Wendy: Experience
As a professional real estate broker, I am passionate about creatively and effectively marketing my client's homes, and helping buyers and renters find just the right place to live. I am lucky to love what I do for a living and feel every day is an adventure filled with interesting opportunities.
How did I gather my experience and skills? My initial training was in communications and public relations, and I worked in this area for a dozen years. Additional training, and another decade were spent working in interactive multimedia and website development. All of this experience serves my clients well, especially when it comes to listing and effectively marketing homes for sale.
Listening to my clients and understanding their needs and wishes, is an important part of doing the job well. I also strive to make the buying and selling process as easy and stress-free as possible.
A resident of Alta Vista, I have lived in Ottawa for more than 35 years and know the city quite well. In my time off, I can often be found spending time with my partner, John, hiking, at the movies, reading, in the woods looking for lost golf balls, getting together with friends, gardening, or attending other people's open houses.
