Meet Wendy
As an experienced professional real estate broker, I thrive on the challenge of creatively and effectively marketing my client's homes, and helping buyers and renters find just the right place to call home. I am lucky to love what I do for a living, and feel every day is an adventure filled with interesting possibilities.
Really listening to people, and understanding their needs and wishes, is an important part of doing the job well. I also strive to make the buying and selling process as fun, informative and stress-free as possible.
A resident of Alta Vista, I have lived in Ottawa for more than 35 years and know the city well. While I like working with people of all ages and at all stages in life, I particularly enjoy first-time buyers, and seniors who are downsizing. I am, in fact, an Accredited Senior Agent with special training in the unique concerns seniors face. An experienced landlord, I also provide property management services for qualified single family residential properties.
A believer in "contributing to the world's work", I have a strong commitment to theRoyal LePage Shelter Foundation,which is Canada's largest public foundation dedicated exclusively to funding women's shelters, and violence prevention and education programs. To that end, I make a donation to the Shelter Foundation from each commission I earn, and promote the Foundation throughout the year.
